PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION BEFORE COMMENTING, THANK YOU"Now I am torn
Thought it was,
Over this time
And we know
Theres still a fire inside,
And we know, and we know,
We're gonna let it burn
Let it burn,

I think that part of the song fits this picture, but don't think the rest of the song does. lol
It's that time again where i give my opinion about MLP:FiM, this time about season 2. Here i go:
"Alright, since Lauren Faust was no longer working on the show anymore i thought for sure that the show would start to dwindle. The funny thing is that is actually got a little better. There were less generic episodes and plot cliche's in this season (though it still had some), and it had a lot more humor in it which managed to generate a few laughs out of me. It didn't need to rely on stupid ass pop culture or modern day references to be funny like what most cartoons do now a days. Like i said, the episodes in this season were less generic and have improved in terms of originality, but there were still some generic episodes that reminded me of much older cartoons that have done the same thing before.
Some of the thoughts i had about the first season are still present here which i've already addressed in my last picture [link] . I want to say something about the fandom before i get to my final thoughts. Due to some of the episodes missing originality in terms of plot still, this proves that the show isn't as "amazing" as all the bronies (and other fans) make it out to be. It's just like any other good childrens cartoon that others have seen before, there is nothing special about it. It has far better characters then the last generations of MLP; the characters have personalities, don't look like recolors, have distinguishable characteristics, ect, but there isn't anything special about the show it's self. I've seen it all before.
Final thoughts: It has improved, but it still has predictable conflicts, endings, and events that has been used in other cartoons before. That said, it's still fun to watch and is a good cartoon.
That's my opinion. C:
Probably not as good as my older opinion, but in this one i'm talking about season 2 and not just about the show it's self.
This pic is a sequel to the last one and it's much darker. I've decided that the more he's ignored the darker the picture, the less he's ignored the happier the picture, since i'm going to be doing these for the end of each season.
In this season Spike has been ignored much more then in the last, sure he has had a few more episodes about him (which is good) but that doesn't change the fact that the characters have neglected him more. :I
Spike wasn't even invited to Toilet Spittles (Twilight Sparkles)
birthday party (some adopted mother she turned out to be) and has been in less
episodes this season, not even as a background character. It's like the creators forgot he even existed in most episodes.
They could of used the Dragon Quest
episode to give us insight on Spikes background, what kind of dragon he is, where he's from, his parents, or even his fucking blood type, just some type of character development because we didn't learn anything new about him. >:C (don't get me wrong though, it was a good episode)
My favorite episode was "The Secret of My Excess"
Fuck this thing is getting long, i'll stop it right here. lol
